A native of Miami, Chef Jeremiah continues to build his reputation as one of South Florida’s most innovative purveyors of haute cuisine. From his restaurant and food truck ventures to personal engagements and underground dinners, his cooking is as exciting as it is critically acclaimed.
Personal Chef to Rick Ross, Jeremiah is always on call to take care of the Boss’s every culinary whim. Whether feeding the crew at the studio or throwing down an intimate dinner at the crib.
Responsible for Miami’s first gourmet Food Truck, Chef Jeremiah created gastroPod’s classic-meets-cutting edge housing to reflect the spirit of his fusion cuisine. Based out of a couple of vintage Airstream trailers, gastropod serves amped up street food with a no nonsense approach and no bullshit attitude.
More recently Chef has developed picklePeoples, to provide perfectly preserved produce. In addition, JB has opened a throwback Sub shop dubbed Subatomic inside the Wolfsonian museum’s gift shop on South Beach. Subatomic offers creative sandwiches using chef’s house cured meats, great bread, and combinations not found elsewhere.
